The MEPF(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) system in the development is energy efficient. It comprises a collection of equipment and systems that will help monitor, regulate, and control power consumption.

HIGH-GRADE SANITARY WARES WITH PEDESTAL-MOUNTED FLUSH TANKS AND FAUCETS WITH BATTERY-OPERATED SENSORS to maintain and enhance water economy.
MULTILAYER SERVICE PIPES AND FITTINGS suitable for both hot and cold water, higher service pressure, and construction waste reduction.
THICK GRADE DRAINAGE SOIL & WASTE PIPES with adequate venting for the pipes which allow for noise reduction in shafts, and rapid soil evacuation to Sewage Treatment Plant in the Basement which uses activated sludge with extended aeration system.
THICK-GRADE SOIL PIPES suitable for noise reduction in shafts. Separate soil stacks are used for and rapid evacuation of soil directly to the sewage treatment plant in the basement and to reduce the risk of blockage.

IMPROVED ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEM with siphonic roof outlets for enhanced roof drainage, rapid rainwater evacuation and effective storm water management solution.
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT in a steel casing with compartments and adequate ventilation for proper discharge of waste and recycling for gardening and landscaping. Mechanical elements will have variable speed motors for energy efficiency.
FULLY SPRINKLED FIRE PROTECTION AND SUPPRESSION SYSTEM monitored with BeMS. Electrical panel rooms are equipped with NOVEC 1230 fire suppression fluid with a much lower global warming potential than hydrofluorocarbons.
HYGIENIC GLASS-REINFORCED PLASTIC (GRP) PANEL TANKS without internal bracing, mounted on steel supports on concrete plinths for effective water storage.

A SOPHISTICATED HVAC SYSTEM which uses a chilled water system with variable speed pumps and fans for energy efficiency. All equipment provided for the HVAC are IP enabled to facilitate monitoring and control through BeMS. external sun-shading devices are employed to reduce solar heat gain within the building envelope. Fresh air provisioning through a roof-mounted unit to improve indoor air quality and staircase pressurization for easy building evacuation in the event of a fire.
ENERGY-SAVING LIGHT FIXTURES with lighting controls to reduce energy waste.
DISTRIBUTION BOARDS for independent metering and to facilitate the reduction of voltage drop in line.
PV PANELS for heating (Solar Panels) and Electrical Supply (PhotoVolatic).

EXTRA LOW VOLTAGE SYSTEM, a fire detection and alarm system that includes addressable smoke detectors with IP enabled system to allow for precise location of fire outbreak - IP-enabled closed circuit television for remote monitoring, access control, and a structured cabling system for remote monitoring of all MEPF facilities.
CENTRALLY PIPED MUSIC AND PA SYSTEM with the installed fire alarm activated the voice evacuation system and ceiling and wall-mounted speakers.
A CAR PARK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH SPACE SENSORS, INDICATORS, AND A CONTROL PANEL that gives prior notification of available parking spaces on the display screen to ensure effective management of the car park.
UPS BACKED UP ELEVATORS WITH ACCESS AND DESTINATION CONTROL to improve the quality of service and reduce human intervention in the control of the movement of lift cars.
